In May 2024, the the term for the current ISPLS representative to the IPELS Board, Glenn Bennett, expires. Therefore a replacement recommendation must be confirmed as follows from the bylaws:

Section V. The candidates will be presented to the ISPLS general membership by ballot. The nominee receiving the most votes shall be the first nominee and shall be presented to the Governor for appointment. If the Governor requests more than one nominee, alternate nominees shall be presented for appointment in order of preference according to the number of votes received.

After an application process the ISPLS Board of Governors has voted to present the following three candidates to the membership for review and a vote.  The top candidate will be forwarded as the ISPLS recommendation to the Governor for consideration.
