free Adobe Acrobat Reader is needed to view this document. If you need to
download the reader please go to Adobe
download. If you would like to save the pdf document to your hard drive
for future reference, after it loads for the first time, select "File" from
the menu bar, then "Save As". Browse to an appropriate folder on your hard
drive and select "Save". Using the Acrobat Reader you will be able to open
